As you know, of course you do, Teaching is always on My/Our Mind, but I/We’ve done a lot of that, Teaching and Thinking About Teaching, and I/We’ll always come back to it, so maybe another not light topic, maybe philosophy, or ontology, any preferred ology…
Q: Are you up to it?
   A: Probably not.
Q: But worth a try?
   A: Probably. Maybe. I can always switch gears, get off the track, run away…
Q: So what’s it gonna be?
   A: Maybe cause and effect. But that’s nothing new, and I’ve already…Maybe the origin of everything, or of something…or maybe why people are so…or why they never…but that’s too much cause and effect, and we already did some, though not enough, never enough…
Q: Are you sure you wanna do this?
   A: I thought so. But maybe I should just go back to sleep. I already realize that everything I say is fraught with significance, positively loaded with it, that people, all people, any people, can extract meaning from any context, that thinking can start anywhere and go anywhere.. 
Q: Like running around in a circle?
   A: Yes. Partly. And once you start…Like it or not…And maybe the only way out is just to go to sleep. Or get dressed and go outside and sit in the actual sun…

Because going around in circles, as you’ve already alluded to, is keeping you in two dimensions, and upgrading to three gives the option of spiraling down a diminishing cone to an eventual end like the black hole of a period which we already know may stop but not necessarily be final and…
