we’ll look in the cupboards
for blankets sheets
the dryer is gas
the gas is off
so no use yet
they’re coming tomorrow

we can either
get through the night
or find a motel
probably miles and miles
away
and at the Super Bowl
the game is still going on
3rd Quarter
so far one-sided Eagles
I wanted to see

at this event

if the crowd
booed
