Those three again. They’re always up to something. Like the time they walked into a bar, or the time it took how many to screw in a lightbulb.
This joke was told to me by a woman in a bookstore. She had just heard it, wanted to pass it on, and mimed it perfectly.
A priest, a minister, and a rabbi were out walking in nature and came to a stream. They decided to go skinny dipping, and were up to their knees in water when they heard the voices of women parishioners coming along the trail.
The priest covered himself. (The woman telling the story used the word “genitals” and mimed the covering.)
The minister covered himself.
The rabbi covered his face.
The women stopped, pointed, laughed, and moved on.
The other two turned to the rabbi and said, “Why did you cover your face?”
The rabbi replied, “I don’t know what it’s like in your church, but in our church we recognize people by their faces.”
